Our Story

Gerald Richli, PMP certified by the PMI (Project Management Institute) and Scrum Master, has over 20 years of experience in managing PMOs (Project Management Office), projects, and programs. A member of the Madrid Chapter of PMI and a PMI volunteer for several years, he specialized in the recovery of complex projects with date, cost, and scope blockages, enabling implementation within deadlines and delivering expected functionalities.


He led the PMO of Citibank España until 2015, where he was involved in all strategic, complex, regulatory, or high-risk projects. From 2016, he managed the evolutionary payment methods projects at Banco Popular (now Grupo Santander) and later strategic projects such as GDPR, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), FATCA, and other strategic projects in areas like Securitization, Banking Correspondents, and the sale of damaged assets to third parties.


As a freelancer, he has participated in several strategic projects in IBEX35 companies.

Today, as a freelancer, CEO, and project management expert at richliconsulting, he dedicates his passion to project management to help medium and large SMEs create their PMO and manage their projects effectively, using modern project management tools adapted to the organization and its environment.


Before dedicating himself to project management, Gerald was a financial auditor at Arthur Andersen and an internal auditor at Citibank Zurich and Madrid for nearly 10 years.
